You are required to hand in one man assignment based on a real life case with regards to an issue in human resources management in an organisation. This task will be individual assignment. Use double spacing and 12 – font size New Roman. The assignment should contain 2000 – 2500 words, not more not less, and be submitted on LMS by 3rd April 2016.
Your case issue may cover one of the following lists:
• Strategic human resource management
• Job analysis and design
• Planning recruitment and selection

1. What is the situation? Organisation background and profile, current performance and internal/External environment. (10)
2. Problem: the main HRM problem which needs to be resolved (10)
3. Solutions: this is the heart of the document. It describes the solution in details, how it was implemented, the impact, methodologies and other factors that contributed into deployment. You may include charts and statistics in the text or as appendix (Not counted in the words). (20)
