B120 – An Introduction to Business Studies

1. In-Class Task/ Presentation (10 marks)
The title of the task:
1. Business stakeholders;
2. STEEP,
3. SWOT;
4. Business structure; and
5. Business ethics

Type of the task: Individual presentation to be organized by the BCC and the concerned tutors and to be delivered in class, at office during office hours and /or any convenient time for the tutor.
Duration of the presentation: Not more than 5 minutes.
When to start: week six.
Criteria and marks distribution are as the followings:

2. Project (10 marks)
The title of the Project: Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in the concerned country.
Type of the task: Individual project.
Word count: Not less than 500 Words.
When to start receiving the project: Any time after week six when class presentation is done.
Cutoff date: By the end of week (11) eleven.
Type of submission: Hard copy only.
Criteria and marks distribution are as the followings:
